MYVoice
We envision a future where all youth voices are not only heard but are instrumental in shaping school and community programs.
MYVOICE aims to create a culture of empowerment, where young leaders identify the needs of their peers, develop solutions, and actively participate in planning events and initiatives that enhance their educational and social experiences.

Objectives
-
MYVOICE is a youth-led initiative grounded in the belief that young people are not just participants in their communities, they are powerful contributors to shaping them.
We envision a future where youth voices are not only heard but actively inform and influence schools and community programs. Through MYVOICE, young leaders identify the needs of their peers, co-create meaningful solutions, and participate in planning events and initiatives that enhance educational, social, and community experiences.
At its core, MYVOICE is about empowerment, leadership, and belonging, creating spaces where youth can practice agency, build confidence, and help design the communities they want to live in.
-
Equip MYVOICE members with the skills to gather feedback from their peers, identify key concerns, and advocate for initiatives that support student well-being and success.
-
Engage members in designing, organizing, and executing events, workshops, and initiatives that address student needs and interests.
-
Provide youth with opportunities to take an active role in decision-making processes, ensuring their voices influence school and community programs.
-
Encourage participation in local initiatives, giving students a platform to work alongside community leaders, educators, and policymakers.
-
Foster a collaborative environment where students work together to create innovative solutions and meaningful projects.
-
Offer mentorship, hands-on experience, and leadership training to help youth build confidence, communication, and project management skills.
