Executive Director
Kelly Ford
Kelly Ford has dedicated her career to the field of child care and youth development, bringing over two decades of experience to her work. Holding degrees in education, psychology, and a masters in executive leadership, she is a passionate advocate for youth and youth development. She firmly believes in the power of community to foster growth and enjoys engaging conversations that lead to meaningful connections and outcomes.
As the Executive Director of the Methuen Youth Community Center, Kelly leads a team dedicated to providing enriching opportunities for the youth. The center's programs span the arts, STEM, music, and mindfulness, among other areas, all designed to empower and inspire the next generation.
For the past three years, Kelly has also partnered with G3 Works as a facilitator. In this role, she has trained thousands of individuals, speaking to the critical work of educators and facilitating the SuperLoop praxis to help others achieve their professional goals. Her professional approach is marked by a friendly and insightful demeanor, and her commitment to community and development is evident in all aspects of her work.
Gwenyth Faino
Gwenyth Faino is a passionate community advocate dedicated to uplifting youth voices and strengthening community connections in Methuen. As the Community & Youth Media Specialist, Gwenyth leads communications, content creation, and youth-driven media initiatives that amplify the perspectives of young people and celebrate their leadership, creativity, and impact.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Media and brings a strong foundation in strategic messaging, community engagement, and digital storytelling to her work. In addition to her role at MYCC, Gwenyth also offers freelance photography and marketing services, helping individuals and organizations bring their stories to life through compelling visuals and thoughtful brand presence.
