Position Overview:

MYCC is seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Development Director to lead and grow our fundraising efforts. This is a part-time leadership role with a clear pathway to full-time as organizational capacity and revenue expand. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, this role is responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive development strategy to ensure consistent, year-round funding that sustains and grows MYCC’s programs, operations, and long-term vision.
